1. Service Overview
   Nationwide Vending Locators provides a service to help vending machine operators locate and secure confirmed vending machine locations. We make calls, contact businesses, and provide verified locations that are ready for installation. We do not provide leads that require you to chase them down. Our service is intended to save operators time, effort, and resources while connecting them with businesses suitable for vending machine placement.
2. No Upfront Deposits or Subscriptions
   Our service is designed to be risk-free. You do not pay any upfront deposits or monthly subscription fees. Payment for our vending location services is due only after your vending machines have been successfully installed at the locations we secure for you.
3. No Guarantee of Location Availability
   While we make every effort to secure vending machine locations based on your submitted request, Nationwide Vending Locators does not guarantee that a location will be available. If we are unable to secure locations in your requested area, you will not be charged. You have nothing to lose by submitting a request.
4. Optional Upgraded Leads
   We offer an optional upgraded lead service for an additional fee. Upgraded leads provide detailed business information, including employee size, revenue, manager or owner contact details, and industry type. Purchasing upgraded leads is completely optional and does not affect our ability to secure locations for you. Please note that the fee for upgraded leads is non-refundable, even if we are unable to secure vending locations in your requested area.
5. Accuracy of Information
   We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on vending locations. However, Nationwide Vending Locators is not responsible for changes at the location, including closures, employee turnover, or changes in business operations. It is the operator’s responsibility to confirm all details before installation.
6. Payment Terms
   Payment for successfully secured vending machine locations is due on the same day as installation. If payment is not received on the installation date, a late fee of $25 per day will be added to the locator fee for every day the fee is not paid. We reserve the right to withhold future location services until all payments are received.
7. Earnings and Location Guarantees
   Nationwide Vending Locators does not guarantee the income or revenue from any vending location. We have no way of knowing how much each location will earn. No locations will be replaced once your machines are installed. We have not implied or verbally promised any earnings, estimated profits, or income per location. All operators are responsible for managing their machines and selecting products based on their own judgment.
8. User Responsibilities
   You are responsible for maintaining your vending machines, stocking products, and ensuring proper operation. Locations may request removal if machines are neglected or not maintained properly.
9. Limitation of Liability
   Nationwide Vending Locators is not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from your use of our service. We provide location services in good faith and make reasonable efforts to secure suitable sites, but all final decisions and responsibilities lie with the operator.
10. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nationwide Vending Locators and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
11. Force Majeure
    Nationwide Vending Locators shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen business interruptions.
12. Intellectual Property
    All content, logos, forms, and materials provided by Nationwide Vending Locators are the property of the company and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
13. Severability
    If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
    These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Nationwide Vending Locators regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
15. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Nationwide Vending Locators operates.
16. Legal Jurisdiction
    Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of our services must be filed and resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas, Texas. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
